At our first meeting, we would show you some photos as a fun quiz. This is where we will decide how to cover the various events. Some individuals enjoy high contrast and vibrant colors, while others prefer gentle pastels. Some people prefer candid shots, while others prefer more editorial (staged) images. Alternatively, we may combine several styles based on the event theme

We try to give out a small preview of images within a few days following your event; this way, you have something to share with your family and friends, because we know they are all excited for it.
Within 4-6 weeks, you will have online access to all of your photographs for viewing, sharing, and downloading, and we will also ship you a flash drive. All of our photos are high-resolution (perfect for printing). Anything we mail to you (prints, picture albums, and flash drives) will be securely wrapped for safe arrival and dispatched by a reputable courier with tracking information.

Yes, we offer a variety of wedding and event videography services, including highlight videos, music videos, documentary videos, and comprehensive video coverage of the entire event.
We also offer drone videography service to take your video to the next level.

Setup time is entirely dependent on the event venue, time of day, weather, and a few other factors, but in general, it can take anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes to set up lighting and equipment, so please allow your photographer enough time to set up their equipment so that you can get the best photos possible.

Our contract has full specifics on our cancellation policy, but in a nutshell, if you cancel at any time for any reason (except for event cancellation due to medical reasons), we retain your initial retainer as well as 50% of any additional payments paid. In case of event cancelation due to medical reasons we will refund all your money.
If we cancel for any reason, we will tell you in writing and return all payments that you have made.

Scheduling a session is simple. Go to the top "contact" page or the bottom "get in touch" button and fill out the relevant form. You can fill out your information and queries and we will email you back, or you can fill out the other form to have us call you back at your preferred time (during working hours). If you can see it, we're likely to capture it. Though we acknowledge that in certain cases, if a customer does not need any of the services included in our packages, they may choose to create their own package on their own terms and within their means.

While we make every effort to keep files forever, we are unable to guarantee image storage beyond a year following the final gallery release. Even though we maintain many backup hard drives, we nevertheless advise all of our clients to make a backup copy of their contents whenever they download their galleries. We erase the completed gallery from the online server as soon as it is delivered and downloaded by you. We will offer you a transfer link again for free within a year in case you lose your data. We can give you access to all the data for $150 after a year.
We offer photography services throughout the GTA (Toronto, Brampton, Ajax, Oshawa, Halton Hills, Milton, Oakville, Oakville, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and all other GTA cities) and surrounding suburbs (Mono, Orangeville, Guelph, Cambridge, Hamilton, Barrie, and anywhere within a 100-kilometer radius of Toronto) at no additional travel cost.
