2. COMMISSIONS & CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
Viewing this website, submitting an inquiry through our interface, or receiving a digital pricing lookbook does not constitute a formal artistic binding agreement.
Booking Continuity: A creative partnership is only fully executed when a custom commission contract is signed by both parties and the required retainer fee is cleared.
Specific Performance: All specific operational terms regarding event cancellations, multi-day itinerary shifts, post-production timelines, and the delivery of master or unedited collections are governed exclusively by that individual client contract, which supersedes these website terms.

While we strive to maintain absolute aesthetic and logistical accuracy across our digital portfolio, Siahi Studio Inc. does not guarantee that venue credits, package descriptions, or software performance details will be entirely free of technical errors.
